Kilkenny family left terrified as gang of youths smash front window of home
A local family was left shaken after a gang of youth smashed in the front window of their home in Kilkenny city.
The incident occurred at a house in Riverview in Kilkenny city at around 8.30pm last Saturday when the youths threw stones at the house. Kilkenny gardai said it is unclear why the house was targeted.
Gardai are investigating the act of vandalism. They have urged eyewitnesses or anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
