Kilkenny pensioner terrified as gang of teens go potty outside home in city
A Kilkenny pensioner was left terrified in their home after a gang of teenagers entered their property and destroyed flowerpots that were sitting outside the front door.
The incident occurred at Dean Kavanagh Place in Kilkenny city last Sunday afternoon.
The elderly resident became worried when they noticed a gang of youths outside their house.
The teenagers then proceeded to kick the pensioner’s flowerpots around as if they were footballs, smashing them all.
A local Garda spokesperson said: “This is very unpleasant behaviour. We need to raise the question of parents -do we know where our kids are, what they are doing, who they are hanging around with?”
