Leading Kilkenny hotel and golf resort reports huge jump in revenues
Revenues at the Mount Juliet Hotel and Golf Resort increased by 35% over the past year.
The resort, the host of the 2020 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open, recorded revenues of €11.59 million.
Mount Juliet also reported a reduction in pre-tax losses, down 7% to €2.99 million.
The figures, published in The Irish Times this week, revealed an increase in staff from 102 employees to 118 last year, which saw an increase in staffing costs from €4.9 million to €5.76 million.
