Man in court after stabbing of two victims rushed to Kilkenny hospital
A man appeared in court today charged over the stabbing of two men who were rused to hospital in Kilkenny with serious injuries.
The men, aged in their 40s ands 50s, were admitted to St Luke’s General Hospital on Sunday night after they were attacked in an incident on the Barrow Track in Carlow.
A man arrested in connection with the incident has been charged. He appeared before Carlow District Court this morning in relation to the attack.
This week gardaí in Carlow appealed for witnesses to the assault. They appealed for witnesses to come forward, particularly anyone with video footage from the footpath at Barrow Track at the time of the incident.
