Plans for new development of family homes in Kilkenny village
A new development of family homes is being planned at a Kilkenny village.
Developer CSC Construction has requested planning permission from Kilkenny County Council to create a 13-home development in Dangan, near Kilmacow.
CSC are looking to build nine, three-bed two-storey dwelling houses and four two-bed, two-storey dwelling houses on the site.
The development would also see the upgrading of the existing entrance and access road and all associated and ancillary site works. A garage on the site would also be demolished.
A decision on the application is expected by the middle of July.
