No joke: Kilkenny school turns to former party shop to solve classroom dilemma
A former party shop could be turned into an emergency classroom for a Kilkenny secondary school.
Kilkenny CBS on James’s Street has applied for planning permission to convert the premises previously known as James’ Choices into a classroom.
The school said its plans for the 578 mt sq facility involve “minor internal alterations,” and “elevational alterations”.
The council is due to make a decision on the application in early January.
