On your marks, get set … to test your endurance at Kilkenny Duathlon this weekend

KILKENNY’S sports enthusiasts will be tested to their limits on Sunday when they take part in the annual V-Graph KTC Duathlon.

The event, hosted by Kilkenny Triathlon Club, is a still test of fitness and endurance.

The race kicks off with a 5km run, which is followed by a 20km cycle – and then finishes with another 3km run.

The starting fun on the race will be fired at at 11am in the Castle Park. The cycle route will take participants all around the city and then back into the park for the final 3km run.
