Bike thief seen making getaway outside Kilkenny village

A bicycle was stolen from outside a sports complex in a county Kilkenny village.

The theft occurred shortly after 6pm on Saturday evening at the facility in Kilmacow.

The bike, a hybrid-type with racer frame and straight handlebars, was mainly black with green writing on it. The bike also has OK Sports stickers on it – the name of the shop where it was purchased.

There is no description for the person who stole the bike, but they were last seen heading in the direction of Ferrybank.
