Plans lodged for massive housing development in Kilkenny town
PLANS to create a massive 83-home development in a county Kilkenny town have been submitted to the local authority.
Thomas Murray has applied to Kilkenny County Council to construct the 83 detached and semi-detached houses on the Polerone Road in Mooncoin.
The planning application is for the construction of 83 dwellings, consisting of two storey, three- bedroom houses and two storey, four bedroom detached and semi-detached houses.
The plans also request all associated site development works, including entrance from Polerone Road and also the installation of all necessary services.
