Popular Kilkenny bistro named one of Ireland’s Top 30 ‘for all’ restaurants

A KILKENNY bistro has been named in a new list of Ireland’s 30 best ‘for all’ restaurants that cater for all tastes, omnivores and vegans alike.

The William Street restaurant won a rave review in the guide, which was compiled by leading food writer Katy McGuinness and published in the Irish Independent Weekend.

McGuinness wrote: “The vegan and vegetarian menu at Truffles, the Kilkenny bistro and wine bar, wins plaudits from the restaurant’s regular customers who love the fresh flavours and constant innovation. Aubergine schnitzel and cauliflower steak are just two of the dishes that keep enticing them back.”
