REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

Glendine Heights, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny City/Drumcondra, Dublin

McDonald (Glendine Heights, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny and late of Wellpark Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin) 24th January 2021, in the wonderful care of the staff at Archersrath Nursing Home, Kilkenny, Patrick (Paddy), pre-deceased by his brother Sean and sister Kitty (Carey), sadly missed by his nephews John and Paul, niece Renee and their families, relatives, neighbours and friends.

In accordance with current Government/H.S.E. guidelines and in the interest of Public Health and the safety of our most vulnerable, a private family funeral will take place for Paddy (max of 10 people). Sean MANTON 
Main Street, Urlingford, Kilkenny/Thurles, Tipperary

Formerly Urard, Gortnahoe, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Sean died peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents John and Margaret and his brothers Tom and Noel. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Jenny, his adoring children Caroline, Jennifer, Bernie and Thomas, sons in law David, Anthony and Jason, daughter in law Kay, his much cherished grandchildren Aoife, Sean, Rory, Orla, Aoibhinn, Saoirse, Julianne and Maybelle-Rose, brother Michael, sister Mary, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

In keeping with Government guidelines regarding public gatherings, Sean’s Requiem Mass for family only (max 10 people) will take place in the Church of the Assumption, Urlingford on Monday at 12 noon followed by burial in Aglish Cemetery. John RYAN
Tiermore, Kilmacow, Kilkenny/Waterford

The death has occurred of John Ryan R.I.P, late of Tiermore, Kilmacow, Co Kilkenny who died on Saturday the 23rd of January. He will forever be missed by his children Evan, Jeanette, Yvonne and John, his grandchildren, Sean, Tommy, Lucy, Saoirse, Zeelou, Daisy and Eddie, and his partner Margaret as well as all who met him. He was the life and soul of any party, with a personality as big as his heart. We’ll never forget you.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday the 26th of January at Glenmore Parish Church at 12 noon followed by interment immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

In accordance with current Government and H.S.E. guidelines, John’s Funeral Mass and burial will take place privately.
