REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle, Michael Brennan (The Miko), who passed away, peacefully, at his home in Castlecomer, surrounded by his family. Sadly missed by his wife Peggy, daughter Patricia, sons Kieran, John and Milo, his sister Máire, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Peggy, his daughter, Patricia, his sons, Kieran, John and Milo and their families.

Reposing from 6 p.m. on Saturday, 7th March, at 23B Kilkenny Street, Castlecomer, with rosary at 9 p.m. Reposing on Sunday 8th March from 3 p.m. with prayers and removal at 7 p.m. to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Castlecomer. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11 a.m. followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to the Carlow Kilkenny Home Care Team.

Peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny on Friday, 6th March 2020. Deeply regretted by her sister Anne (USA), brother Seamus (UK), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and her sorrowing community.

Reposing at The Convent Chapel, Callan on Saturday, from 2.30pm with Evening Prayers of Remembrance at 5.30pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday, 8th March, at 12 noon followed by burial in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan.

Peacefully at her residence on Friday, 6th March 2020. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Denis, beloved mother of Ted RIP, Síle (Moore), Lisa (O’Neill), Olive and Michael RIP, sons-in-law Séan and John, grandchildren Éimear, Orlaith, Liam, Kevin, Rory, Gavin, Donagh and Dan, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Funeral Prayers on Sunday evening at 5pm followed by removal to the Church of the Assumption, Callan, arriving at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan. Pat Stapleton

Pat died, suddenly, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife and best friend Bernie, his adoring family Sinead, Suzanne, Trisha, Diana, Cathy, Patrick and Maggie, sons in law, his 16 grandchildren, brothers John, Michael and James, sisters Catherine, Eileen, Margaret, Mary-Ann, Josephine, Bridget and Tina, uncles, aunts, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his residence on Saturday evening from 4 o’clock until 8 o’clock. Removal on Sunday afternoon to the Church of the Assumption Urlingford, arriving for Requiem Mass at 2 o’clock. Burial immediately afterwards in the Mill Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Heart Foundation and Kilkenny/ Carlow Homecare Team.

Beloved husband of Jane and loved father of Justin, Ciara and the late Hugh, father-in-law of Alex and Emer, grandad of Feargus, Lachlan, Joseph and Luke. Sadly missed by his family , relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass in Duiske Abbey, Graignamanagh, R95 YN66 on Monday, 9th March, at 11oc with burial afterwards in St. Fiacre’s Graveyard, Ullard.
