REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

Mary FLEMING (née Nolan)

Mary passed away peacefully, after a short illness bravely borne in the loving care of St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved wife of Pat, mother of Pauraic and Elaine, sister of Ned, Tom, Sheila and the late Betty. Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughter, brothers, sister, grandchild Tommy, daughter-in-law Katie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Cooney’s funeral home, New Ross, on Sunday (St. Stephen’s Day) from 6.30pm concluding at 8.30pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (Dec. 27th) at 11am in The Church of the Assumption, The Rower, followed by burial afterwards in The Rower Cemetery.

Greenshill, Kilkenny City

oynihan ( Rose Mount, Greenshill, Kilkenny and formerly of Roselawn, Glendine) 23rd December 2021, in the wonderful care of the staff of the I.C.U. at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, Patrick (Paddy), predeceased by his sisters Mary and Sally, beloved husband of Rosario and much loved father of Steve and the late Greg, sadly missed by his wife and son, sister Patricia, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Johnston’s Funeral Home on Monday (27th Dec) from 10am with removal at 11.30am to St. Canices Church arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Foulkstown Cemetery.

29 Butts Green, Kilkenny City

Purcell (29 Butts Green, Kilkenny) 23rd December 2021, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at Tinnypark House Nursing Home, Eileen, predeceased by her parents Jim and Margaret and brothers Tom and Jackie, sadly missed by her sisters Nancy, Mag, Bella and Mary, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Removal from her home on Tuesday (Dec 28th) morning at 10.40am to St. Canice’s Church, Kilkenny arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran’s Cemetery.
