Catherine Brannigan (née Dowling) (‘St. Anthony’s’, Granges Road, Kilkenny) February 7th 2022 (peacefully) at home after a long illness borne with dignity and courage surrounded by her loving family. Reunited with her beloved husband Michael, adored mum of Margot, Linda, Paula and Mike and baby John. Predeceased by her brother P.J. and sister Ann. Much loved sister of Maura and John. Loving Gran to Ruth, Lauren, Ross, Max, Conan, Lucy, Katie, Hilary, Susan and Tara. She will be sadly missed by her sons-in-law Bill, Jeeves and Michael, daughter-in-law Claire, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends.

Reposing at her son Mike’s home (Kilcreene R95W13H) on Tuesday (Feb. 8th) from 3.30p.m. concluding with Rosary at 7.30p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (Feb. 9th) at 11.30a.m. in St. Canice’s Church, Kilkenny followed by interment in St. Kieran’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care Team.

Georgina BRADY (née Murphy)
Kilree, Bennettsbridge

Brady (nee Murphy) (Kilree, Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny) 5th February 2022, peacefully at her home and in the presence of her family, Georgina, predeceased by her infant daughter Amanda Jane and her brother Lar, beloved wife of Billy and much loved mother of Olwen, Trevor and Niall, sadly missed by her husband and family, granddaughters Jenna, Evie, Alice and Anna, daughters-in-law Caroline and Liz, sister Helen, brothers Edward, Tony, Stephen, Niall and Derek, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncle, nephews and nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.~

Requiem Mass for Georgina will be celebrated on Tuesday (8th Feb) at 11am in St. Bennett’s Church, Bennettsbridge. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House is strictly private please.

Peacefully, at his home, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, 5th February 2022.

Pre-deceased by his parents, Edward and Anastasia, his brother Eamon and his sister Margaret. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing family, his brother Tom, sisters, Sr. Marie Therese (Alice), Ellen, Mary and Annie, brother-in-law Fred, sister-in-law Susan, nieces, nephews, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan on Monday, 7th February from 3pm. Funeral prayers at 6.15pm followed by removal to The Church of the Assumption, Callan arriving at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am with burial afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan.
