Bateman (nee Deigan) (“Lilac Lodge”, Waterford Road, Kilkenny) 1st March 2022, peacefully, in the presence of her family and in the loving care of the staff at Drakelands House Nursing Home, Margaret (Peggy), beloved wife of the late Jimmy Bateman and cherished mother of Maria, James and Anne, sadly missed by her loving family, sister Marie, son-in-law Frank, daughter-in-law Anne, grandchildren Stephen, Niamh, Luke, Oisín, Eoghan, Órla and Frankie, sister-in-law Peggy, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home (R95 YKT6) on Wednesday (2nd March) from 4pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church. Funeral afterwards to Foulkstown Cemetery.

Martin NADDY

The death has occurred of Martin Naddy, Kilmacshane, Inistioge.

Martin passed away peacefully at Ardkeen Hospital, with his devoted wife Biddy by his side.

Martin is predeceased by his sister Breda and will be sadly missed by his loving wife Biddy, children James (Jimmy), Liam, Marie, Michael, Catherine, Sarah and Martin, his brothers Ned, Bill and John, grandchildren Jonathan, Niamh, Niall, Mikey, Leah, Keira, Katie and Jamie, his sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence (R95 A583) on Thursday (3rd March) from 2pm until 8pm. Funeral mass on Friday morning at 10.30am in St Colmcille’s Church, Inistioge followed by burial afterwards in Cappagh Cemetery.

House Private on Friday morning please.

Theresa QUINN (née Ryan)
Crosspatrick, Kilkenny/Nenagh, Tipperary

QUINN, Theresa (nee Ryan) (Crosspatrick,Johnstown , Co. Kilkenny, formerly of Templederry, Nenagh) -, 2022. Suddenly but peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the dedicated care of the ICU staff in St. Lukes Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved wife of Seán, devoted mother of Kay, Shay, Orla and Áine and adoring grandmother of Jack, Conor, Emily, Sadhbh, Méabh, Seán, Gearóid and Darragh. She will be sadly missed by her sons-in-law, James and Ger, her daughter-in-law Maria, her brothers John and Gerard, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Founder and proprietor of the Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Crosspatrick she will be hugely missed by the wonderful staff and residents.

Reposing at Doyles Funeral Home, Urlingford on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 7.30pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St. Kieran’s Church, Johnstown arriving for Requiem Mass 11am followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard. House private please.
