COMERFORD (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballyhale, Co. Kilkenny) March 2nd 2022. Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Bill (William), husband of the late Betty (Elizabeth), dear father of Lorraine, Sinéad and Fiona. Sadly missed by his loving daughters, sister Carmel Harrington and her family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Monday evening (March 7th) from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday evening (March 8th) from 4.00pm. Please be mindful of social distancing.
Bill’s funeral service will take place at Glasnevin Crematorium on Wednesday afternoon (March 9th) at 2.00pm. At Bill’s request, everyone to wear bright colours.

Predeceased by her husbands Michael Grace (1967), John Connolly (2017) and her son Liam (2008), her brothers John, Bill, Pad, Jimmy, Stephen and her sister Mary (Crosby). Deeply regretted by her loving daughter Cathleen, sons Michael, Noel, grandchildren Paula, Morgan, Conor, Rhea, Kian, great-grandchildren Adam, Grace, son-in-law John (Cashin), daughters-in-law, Fionnuala (Hennessy), Julie (Barnett), nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Reposing in Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Freshford on Saturday from 4pm with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 6pm followed by removal to Lisdowney Church arriving for 8 p.m. Mass. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in St. Lachtain’s Cemetery, Freshford. Please adhere to face coverings in Funeral Home, Church and Cemetery.

Josephine RYAN (née Cody)

Josie died peacefully on Thursday, 3 March at home surrounded by her loving family. Josie is predeceased by her beloved husband, Seán and her son, Percy; her brothers:Tom, Mick and Dick and sister, Noreen. Josie will be sadly missed by her daughters: Eileen, Angela, Maria and Imelda; sons: Redmond and Seánie; sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, 24 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; her sisters: Carmel, Imelda and Mary; nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Bonnybrook, R95 HW02 on Sunday, 6 March, from 2pm concluding with Rosary at 7pm. Requiem Mass will take place in the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown on Monday, 7 March at 11am followed by interment in St Mary’s New Cemetery, Thomastown. To view Josie’s Requiem Mass Click here
