Roll up, roll up – the circus is coming to town!
ONE of the world’s greatest circus acts is coming back to Kilkenny.
The St Patrick’s Festival Kilkenny committee has confirmed the internationally-renowned North family are bringing their circus back to the city over the March bank holiday weekend.
It will be North’s seventh St Patrick’s weekend in Kilkenny.
The circus will be open at the Parade between the hours of 11am to 6pm from Thursday, March 14 to Monday, March 18.
St Patrick’s Festival Kilkenny confirmed: “Back by popular demand – the North family return to Kilkenny for their 7th St Patrick’s weekend. With over 200 years’ experience in the funfair business Arthur and Tracey provide great enjoyment for all the family on their vintage carousel, helter-skelter and chair-o-planes. Don’t miss out!”
