The House of Pretzels was founder by owner Stefan Cadare back in 2011. Since then his fledgling business has become one of the best known mini-eateries in Kilkenny city-centre, hugely popular with both locals and tourists.
Stefan has a mouth-watering array of savoury delights to choose from, including pretzel burgers, pretzeldogs, ham and cheese rolls or chicken calzone. Regular pretzels can also come in different flavours such as cinnamon, plain or salted or with poppy or sesame seeds.
Stefan’s sweet creations come in the form of chocolate pretzels, donut pretzels and chocolate donuts.
And when you’ve had your fill of pretzels, other sweet options include big chocolate chip cookies, vanilla muffins, Danish pastries and taste-tingling Turkish delight croissants.
Teas and coffees of the hot and iced varieties are on the menu and other beverages are also available.
