Suspected drug dealer arrested after raid on house in Kilkenny village
A man has been arrested after a drugs seizure in county Kilkenny.
The arrest came after gardai swooped on a private residence in the Cuffesgrange area on Wednesday and seized around €1,300 worth of cannabis herb and resin. A quantity of ‘magic mushrooms’ were also discovered in the raid.
The suspect, who is in his 20s, was charged with possessing drugs for sale and supply.
He is due to appear before Kilkenny District Court in relation to the seizure next month.
