The National Public Health Emergency team (NPHET) is considering introducing a new colour-coded response as part of the country’s new Covid-19 pandemic plan. Health Minister Stephen Donnelly this morning said the colour-coded system is different to the original roadmap, or phases, outlined by the previous government.
