Tee time: €1.1m three-bed overlooking Mount Juliet’s 17th green is Kilkenny’s biggest property deal of 2018
A THREE-BED detached house overlooking the 17th green in of Mount Juliet golf course that sold for €1.1 million is the largest single property deal recorded in Kilkenny this year.
The price was agreed for Number 16 Foxes Court in September.
Just over €139.7 million had been spent on property so far this year in Kilkenny, figures from the Property Price Register analysed by property website MyHome.ie, reveal.
