Thief makes off with cash after sneaking into Kilkenny house through bedroom window
A burglar broke into a house in county Kilkenny and made off with a quantity of cash after sneaking into the property through a bedroom window.
The theft occurred sometime between 2pm and 8pm last Thursday at Whitechurch, Piltown.
A local Garda source confirmed “a sum of cash” was taken.
Gardai have asked anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact Mooncoin Garda Station.
