Thieves break into vans parked in Kilkenny city and make off with power tools

Theives broke into two work vans parked in Kilkenny city overnight and stolen valuable power tools.

The theft occurred at around 9pm last night. Both vans were parked on the Nuncio Road in the Larchfield area of the city at the time.

A local Garda source told KilkennyNow.ie the thieves managed to break into the vehicles and remove power tools from both before making their getaway.
