Thieves force open garage door and back window of county Kilkenny house
Burglars broke into a house in country Kilkenny after forcing open a back window and garage boor.
The break-in occurred at a house in Loon, Castlecomer, sometime between 4pm and 6pm on Friday.
However, nothing was taken and the thieves fled the scene empty handed.
Gardaí have asked anyone who may have noticed suspicious vehicles in the area at the time to contact Castlecomer Garda Station.
