Traffic chaos in Kilkenny: Busy roundabout and another road closed after vehicles overturn, diversions in place

Traffic diversions are in place in separate parts of county Kilkenny after two road accidents this evening.

The AA has confirmed the Grannagh Junction Roundabout just outside Waterford city is currently closed as gardaí deal with an overturned vehicle.

Diversions are in place, but motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.

Meanwhile, the R705 Graiguenamanagh to New Ross road is also closed about halfway between the two towns as gardaí deal with an overturned tractor.
