UPDATE: M9 motorway in South Kilkenny reopens after crash caused commuter chaos
THE M9 Motorway in the south of the county has reopened following a serious crash this morning.
The M9 southbound was closed from Junction 11, Mullinavat to the end of the motorway at Grannagh this morning following the single-vehicle collision, causing massive tailbacks.
Gardai temporarily closed off the southbound motorway, but the highway has now reopened to traffic.
