UPDATE: Relief as Kilkenny gardai find car and its occupants safe after alert
The car and its occupants who were at the centre of a Garda alert this morning have been found.
Gardai confirmed the occupants of the vehicle, a Ford Mondeo that was travelling from New Ross in Co Wexford to Knockbrack in Mullinavat, Co Kilkenny, were all safe.
Gardai earlier issued an alert saying they were concerned about the safety of its occupants.
