Vandals smash new windows at state-owned building

A STATE-owned building, currently undergoing renovation, was targeted by vandals in Kilkenny this week.

A Health Service Executive (HSE) building known as HSE House in the Wetlands had a lot of its newly inserted windows smashed in a mindless attack.

The culprits didn’t enter the building, and nothing was taken from the site.

The incident occurred between 5 pm on Tuesday, and 8 am on Wednesday.
