You have the right to remain stylish: Kilkenny’s emergency services scrub up nicely for Blue Light Ball

KILKENNY’S brave emergency services scrubbed up very well for the Blue Light Ball 2019.

The annual ball was organised by Kilkenny gardai and paramedics, Kilkenny Fire Service and nurses from St Luke’s General Hospital and Aut Even.

More than 260 people attended last night’s gala event at Hotel Kilkenny.

Spot prizes were donated by several big-hearted local businesses. The money raised from this year event will go towards the Scoliosis Advocacy Network and the Special Care Baby Unit at St Luke’s Hospital.

Kilkenny gardai said on social media this evening: “Another successful ball! Thanks to everyone who attended and supported this event.”
