Have you seen Helen? Fears grow for missing Carlow teenager

Gardai have issued a public appeal to track down the whereabouts of a teenager who has been missing from her Carlow home for four days.

Fifteen-year-old Helen McDowell was last seen in the Carlow area on Friday.

She is described as being 5’ 1” in height, with a slim build. She has long, brown hair and has blue eyes. When last seen, she was wearing a black, fur lined coat, a cream sports top, black leggings and white runners.
