Superme Court gives green light for €140m cheese factory in Kilkenny
After a protracted court battle, plans for a €140 million cheese factory proposed in south Kilkenny can finally proceed.
It comes after the Supreme Court this morning dismissed an appeal against the development by An Taisce, the National Trust for Ireland, and upheld an earlier High Court decision to uphold An Bord Pleanála’s permission for the factory at Belview.
