72-acre farm outside city sold for €1.75m at auction
A 72-ACRE residential farm located eight kilometres outside Kilkenny city as been sold for €1.75 million at auction.
The sale was achieved by the Kilkenny Sherry FitzGerald team on Parliament Street. The lands at Dunderyark, Danesfort (pictured above, from Sherry FitzGerald website) lie in one large attractive block and are laid out in seven divisions in one of the county’s premier farming areas.
The lands extend behind the dwelling house and farm buildings and enjoys over 300 metres of frontage onto the N10 Kilkenny/Waterford road.
The sale includes a two-storey farmhouse located at the front of the holding and a large galvanised farm shed to the rear of the dwelling.
