Weather forecast: see what’s in store for Kilkenny this week
AFTER yesterday brightening up and bringing some nice sunny weather, this week sees a return to the showery unsettled weather we have become accustomed to lately.
Today will start dry with good sunny spells. However, this afternoon will bring scattered showers some could turn heavy and a small risk of thundery downpours by evening. It will be cooler than yesterday with temperatures of 17 to 18 degrees.
By Tuesday morning the showers will have settled in and the day will be pretty wet and temperatures hovering just in the high teens, and Wednesday this pattern is set to remain, showery with a few dry spells. It will get quite muggy as temperatures could break 20 degrees.
Thursday looks like being the only dry day of the week, with wet weather forecast into the weekend, so it could be a slippery sliothar come throw-in next Sunday.
