Plans lodged for new development of family homes in Kilkenny

A NEW development looking to build 31 family homes in Kilkenny has been put before the council.
The development will consist of four and five-bed bungalows, two-storey houses, and two-storey over basement houses.
Raggett Homes (Kilkenny) Limited hopes to develop a site on Maudlinsland/Quarryland on the Old Sion Road in Kilkenny.
If permission is grant it will see the construction of six four-bed homes and 26 five-bed houses.
