Kilkenny’s Credit Unions remain Ireland’s best customer experience
By COLIN BARTLEY
KILKENNY’S six Credit Unions have come out tops in a survey of people’s customer experience.
The Credit Union movement has been named as Ireland’s best customer service for the fifth time in a row in the CXi Ireland Customer Experience (CX) Report and has won the award in each of the years it has been in existence.
A spokesperson on behalf of the six Kilkenny Credit Union’s, Thomastown, St Canice’s, Piltown, Castlecomer, Goresbridge, and St Dominic’s in Mooncoin said: “We’re over the moon to have been named #customerexperience Champions for a global record-breaking five years in a row! We couldn’t have done it without our members – the people who matter the most to us.”
This is the fifth CXi Ireland Customer Experience (CX) Report and only 15 brands saw their scores improve in 2019. The Credit Union has been the number one brand in the survey since its inception and is only one of three brands to maintain their top 10 status.
VHI Healthcare, which has a centre in Kilkenny, dropped three spots to 28th in the report.
