Council gives green light for exclusive new housing development in Kilkenny city

Kilkenny County Council has approved plans for  an exclusive new housing development of 31 family homes in the city.

The development will consist of four and five-bed bungalows, two-storey houses, and two-storey over basement houses.

Raggett Homes (Kilkenny) Limited will build the houses on a site at Maudlinsland/Quarryland on the Old Sion Road in Kilkenny.

Once completed the development will consist of five 1870sq ft four-bed bungalows: one 2250sq ft, two-storey four-bed house: ten 2220sq ft, two-storey four /five-bed homes: nine 2445sq ft two-storey five-bed houses: three 2950sq ft two-storey five-bed homes: and three 3600sq ft two-storey over basement, five-bed homes.
