Kilkenny’s rail and bus services to be scaled back from next week
Major changes to the public transport system serving Kilkenny will kick into place next week.
At this morning’s Government briefing on the Covid-19 pandemic it was confirmed Irish Rail and Bus Éireann services will be scaled back from the start of next week.
As of from Monday, Irish Rail will be operating a revised schedule, while Bus Éireann will introduce their reduced schedule next Wednesday, April 1.
Irish Rail will reduce the amount of service on the Kilkenny to Dublin service from eight trains a day to six trains. The changes can be found on Irish Rail’s website.
