Anger as 10 little pups stolen after thieves broke into county Kilkenny property

Heartless dog thieves broke into a property in county Kilkenny and stole 10 small pups.

The shocking incident occurred at a premises in Freshford sometime between 9pm and midnight last night.

A local Garda spokesperson confirmed: “A premises was forcibly entered and four Cavapoos 14 weeks old (one is pictured) and six Cockapoos which were 1 week old were stolen. Searches and patrols were conducted of the area but the pups were not located.”

Several people took to social media today to express their anger at the latest dog theft in the county. One woman said: “Poor puppies. Hope they are found so they can be returned to there [sic] mother and whoever stole them will be locked up. Terrible. ”
