Tragic Irish teen Nóra Quoirin died from ‘prolonged hunger and stress’

TRAGIC Irish teenager Nóra Quoirin died from complications arising from prolonged hunger and stress, that’s according to Malaysian authorities.

The four medical experts carrying out the post-mortem examination in Malaysia came to the conclusion that she had died as a result of a ruptured intestine arising from her ordeal in the forest.

Nóra was estimated to have been dead for up to three days when her body was found, and they found no evidence of foul play or a sexual assault.

Officers investigating her death said “for the time being” there is no evidence to suggest Nóra had been kidnapped.
