Heroin and stash of cash seized in clampdown on drug dealing in Kilkenny town
Gardai in county Kilkenny seized “significant” amount of illegal and controlled drugs and cash during an operation over the weekend.
Heroin, Xanax and a stash of cash were recovered during an operation targeting drug dealing in Castlecomer.
A Garda spokesperson confirmed: “An operation by Kilkenny Drugs Unit targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in rural towns, seized significant quantities of illegal drugs in Castlecomer over the weekend including heroin, xanax and cash.”
