LATEST: 1,414 new cases of virus confirmed
A further 1,414 people have contracted the coronavirus, the Department of Health confirmed this evening.
That’s a decrease of 337 on yesterday’s figures.
Meanwhile, the number of people bring treated in hospital for the virus now stands at 353, up ten on yesterday’s total.
Some 55 of these are being treated in ICU, down four on yesterday’s numbers.
