Burglars break into broadband station in Ballyragget

BURGLARS broke into a broadband station in Ballyragget before making off with several valuable batteries, KilkennyNow.ie has learned.

The theft occurred at the broadband station in Ballyouskill, Ballyragget, sometime between 9pm on Tuesday, August 13 and 10.30pm last Friday.

A local Garda spokesperson said the door of the premises “was forced to gain access and a number of batteries were taken”.

Gardaí in Castlecomer are investing the theft. They have appealed to anyone who may have information about the incident to contact them on 056 444 0650.
