Busted: Man caught with €8,000 worth of cocaine in Kilkenny city
A man was caught with €8,000 worth of cocaine in Kilkenny city.
The drugs were found after the man was stopped and searched by gardai in the Butts area of the city on Saturday night.
The suspect was arrested and taken to Kilkenny Garda Station, where he was later charged.
A local Garda spokesperson confirmed he is due to appear before Kilkenny District Court in relation to the charges.
