Car seized as Kilkenny L-driver caught driving unaccompanied with no tax or NCT
A LEARNER motorist had their car impounded after they were caught driving unaccompanied and with no tax or NCT.
The driver was stopped by members of the Kilkenny Roads Policing Unit outside Urlingford last week.
A local Garda spokesperson said: “Vehicle was not taxed and had no NCT. The driver was driving unaccompanied on a learner permit with no L plates displayed.”
The vehicle was seized under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act.
