Cheers! Kilkenny pub voted ‘Best bar in Leinster’

THE public have spoken! And the people have decided that a popular Kilkenny pub is the best bar in Leinster.
The Left Bank on the Parade won the People’s Choice award for best bar in Leinster at the Licensing Ireland/Southern Comfort People Choice Award.
The renowned Kilkenny pub also scooped third place in the best City Bar category. To crown the achievement, The Left Bank also won bronze in the Gastropub category.
Left Bank management took to social media to express their delight at their win. They tweeted: “Delighted and Proud – Thanks to everyone who voted for us!!”
And the good news didn’t stop there for The Left Bank team: they have also been nominated for the Irish Whiskey Bar of the Year 2019, along with three other Kilkenny establishments.
Langton’s, Paris Texas, and The Dylan Whiskey bar also received a nomination. The winner will be announced on October 17 at the Dingle Whiskey Distillery, Co Kerry.
