Childs play: Kilkenny community group plans for new playschool on grounds of local GAA club

A county Kilkenny community group has lodged plans to erect new playschool facilities on the grounds of its local GAA club with the local authority.

Slieverue Community Playgroup Ltd is seeking permission from Kilkenny County Council to temporarily install a “10.9 x 7.3 meter single storey modular accommodation Masterkabin structure” to provide playschool group and afterschool facilities.

The group also wants to connect drainage and surface water to a public mains and “all associated site works” on the grounds of Slieverue GAA Club in Kilmurry on the Airmount Road.
