Burglars break into Kilkenny home through open upstairs window

A MAN who had been on a short break was shocked to find his home had been broken into while he was away.

The burglars broke into the man’s house on Main Street, Stoneyford sometime between early last Sunday morning and Tuesday morning.

Once the burglars gained entry, they rummaged through the house and made off with an amount of cash and the mans laptop.

The owners noticed that an upstairs window that had been left slightly ajar, was forced fully open. This is how the thieves made got into the house.
