COVID-19 LATEST: A further 25 die as number of confirmed cases rises by 480
A further 25 people lost their lives from Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland in the last 24 hours, the HSE said this evening.
The total now stands at 288 in the Republic.
The number of confirmed cases has now reached 7,054 after another 480 were diagnosed.
The total of deaths in Northern Ireland has reached to 92 after 10 more people died overnight, as 112 new cases of the disease were confirmed, bringing the total figure to 1,589.
