Development of large family homes planned for county Kilkenny town

Kilkenny County Council has received an application to develop a further seven family homes to complete a development in a county Kilkenny town.

Canview Ltd lodged recently lodged plans with the local authority to develop the large family homes to complete the housing development at Tougher Crescent in Urlingford.

The remaining homes will consist of four two-storey five bedroom homes and three two-storey four bedroom houses.

As part of the plans, Canview Ltd is seeking permission to alter existing footpaths, as well as connections to services and all associated site works.

A decision on the expanded development is due by the end of May.
