Donate a mug and help Kilkenny’s homeless: Good Shepherd Centre

KILKENNY’S Good Shepherd Centre is urging local householders to donate any unused mugs to help the homeless in the city.
The Good Shepherd Centre has been fighting homelessness in Kilkenny for over 20 years. It works with men who are homeless – or at risk of becoming homeless – through support and resettlement services.
The centre has urged anyone with second hand mugs in decent condition to drop them into the centre in Church Lane.
The Good Shepherd is also asking for furniture donations to help those in need, particularly second-hand wardrobes and beside lockers.
The centre thanked all members of the public who provided furniture items after its last appeal for donations.
